Zenab is a multi-speciality chef based in New Delhi, India.
A modernist and a traditionalist.

She is fuelled by recreating and developing recipes from various regions, cultures and time periods and has inherited the art of Mughlai-Indian cuisines. She is an explorer who loves to create new recipes with a combination of flavourful exotic spices. She enjoys baking as well as chocolate making.

While holding a masters degree in English literature, she pursued her passion in achieving excellence in culinary skills and is well-versed with Indian, Arabic and Italian cuisines.
Her enthusiasm to bring-in world class gourmet cooking initiated her travel to the Middle East. Apart from holding professional cooking diplomas and international certificates she has been successfully participating in food festivals and trade exhibitions.

Zenab loves life and believes in enjoying to the fullest while taking this art further. Her bespoke menu is highly acclaimed and appreciated by food connoisseurs.
